Struggling with health issues which started in my teens then lasted through my college years, early married life & eventually kept me from physically caring for my two young children during my mid-20s, I found healing through food and nutrition.
Met with secondary inferitility & multiple pregnancy losses, I was equipped to support my body physically and moved onto healing spirtually & emotionally. Only to be met with an unexpected, high risk pregnancy.
After the birth of our third child, I remained committed to prioritizing my faith & physical health to be the best mom for my children.
Over the past two decades, learning to cook a nutritious meal at home for our family has been essential to maintaining my health & overall balance of our family.
